Nursery Sphagnum Moss Brick

This is our go-to moss for our pitcher plants and other carnivorous varieties! We also love to add some to our soil mixes for aroids too. 

SuperMoss Orchid and Nursery Sphagnum Moss is a premium grade, long fiber, and long-lasting sphagnum. It's long fibers and superior water retention properties make it ideal for lining hanging baskets and using it as soil cover in window boxes and house plants.

Sphagnum helps you take the guesswork out of watering your garden plants by absorbing up to 18 times its weight in water. Sphagnum provides water to the roots according to the plant's needs while allowing for optimum oxygenation to uptake vital micronutrients. It is an excellent soil conditioner or top layer on potted plants like Orchids! Use Nursery Sphagnum when transplanting, aerating soil, conditioning, or just dressing up any potted plant! We use sphagnum moss on all our aroids and carnivorous plants.

All our plants ship exclusively with UPS to ensure they arrive timely and in good condition. We ship most of our plants Mondays & Tuesdays to most of the USA to ensure they arrive speedy to your location. If you order on a Tuesday after 12 PM ET it is possible that we would not ship it till the following Monday.

We monitior the weather in each destination location to maximize the shipping time and utilize thermal protection to ensure that the plant is protected. You can add a heatpack or thermal bag to your order if temperatures at night fall below 40 degrees.
